Commercial & New Construction
Epoxy Flooring for Working Buildings
A coated commercial slab is a long-term investment in uptime. We diamond-grind to the right CSP profile, repair cracks and joints, address moisture vapor when needed, and install epoxy or polyaspartic systems that hold up to forklifts, hot tires, chemical spills and constant cleaning. For new construction, we coordinate directly with the GC so the slab is dialed in before fixtures and racking land. For occupied buildings, we phase the work and use fast-cure polyaspartic systems so a warehouse aisle or service bay can be back in production the next morning.
